"What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create." - Buddha
Our world tries so hard to make money a black-and-white thing. We tell ourselves that if we just knew more, just tried harder, we could find the comfort, confidence, and success we desire. But there is so much more to it than that.
Like all the stories we tell ourselves about our abilities, where we fit in the world, and the meaning behind money.
Your money mindset is your complete set of beliefs about money - how it works in the world, your thoughts about rich and poor people, what you think you deserve. And that mindset dictates how you react to financial disappointments or successes. It controls what opportunities we see or don't see - and which we are willing to actually chase. It limits what we're willing to let ourselves achieve and when we self-sabotage.
And since so much of our mindset comes from childhood and our environment, it's often so ingrained that we don't even recognize the stories we're telling ourselves. We believe those stories are absolute truths and unchangeable.
But here's the thing. YOU control those stories.
You can do the self-work to identify what your money stories are and where they're coming from. You can forgive old hurts and mistakes, let go of limiting beliefs. You can make an abundance mindset REAL, find money routines that feel joyful, and find the self-confidence to let success into your life.
I believe doing that work is a radical act of self-care. That by bringing our money fears and money shame out in the open, we can have empathy for ourselves and heal. That with a healthy, wealthy mindset we can reduce our stress and anxiety around money. Not to mention being able to model better behavior and thought patterns for our children.
It's why I created this course to help you do just that work - to help you define your powerful and thriving money truths - so you can go out and reach your full potential.
Let's find your money confidence today.
